I just installed this

It's a gadget for Vista/Win7. You select Prem league, then City (obviously) and you have the league table with us highlighted (in a very unfortunate colour) and clicking will bring up a results/fixture list. I'm well impressed with it. As I am with Win7 Ultimate with a mega discount through work :)
