The Capello Index - World Cup

I thought Capello came across as a 'mind your own business' sort of man, but it seems he wants us to see the players' ratings in the World Cup on a match by match basis.
Any views on whether this is a good or bad idea?

I get sick of data in my work. Stattos can make it mean anything they want and it still be meaningless. I'm sure it'll make someone happy but, jeez, it's a game of football, you can't quantify loose turf or a crap lino?

Yup I agree Peter, stats, like facts can be manipulated very easily.
Looks like it isn't going to go ahead now anyway.
