So long as he does what he's been employed to do and stays out of the media, I couldn't care less to be honest, in fact I've a bucket full of not greatly interested.

There's a thousand slapped arse ex pro's, who are simply jealous of the money they didn't earn as players, this despite all owning Cheshire mansions and fancy cars anyway, most of them are media knobs like Shearer, Merson, Lawrenson, and Hansan etc etc. Only a few have bothered to turn their hand at coaching, and they work for the media because they failed, the rest never even tried.

I don't know much about Platts coaching ability, but I'm sure Mancini does, therefore he knows better than any of us.

Nobody has to like Platt, just ignore him, and hope he's good at whatever he's been appointed to do.

Some idiot on bluemoon has even suggested he'd sooner have a certain R Keane than Platt.

Platt is a knob, and a hypocrite taking the ADUG money, but we'd all do it if offered the chance....
