Thanks for the welcome Paul, it is really good to be back. By splitting the thread it makes my post a bit disjointed  ;) but I see why you did it. Anyway really happy that TC is back and I just wish that I had enough time in the next week to get involved again, but sadly I will be offline again for a few days. At least I have got something to look forward to when I get back.

Oh, this is almost cathartic!!! I feel like a bit of my lost soul has been returned. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I promise to be good and pray that everyone else does so that TC stays around this time.

No just a naval skiing exped last week in St Anton but still in the Royal Navy 28 years in not long 4 years left now nice to see you to Canada .;)

Evening Swanny, long time no sea!  Naval skiing expedition has made me laugh - I'm imagining a group of people dressed in deep sea diving suits hurtling down the slopes  :D

The first medal presentation I went to after we'd got involved in Afghanistan - the first Afghan campaign medal was given to a Naval CPO. People couldn't understand why we were laughing....

Not quite that bad but one of the boys did dress as elvis with wig and all to ski the last day, it was a good week just about recovered now.
