Blimey! :o

I'm thinking that's probably quite a long trip - I bet it's even further than driving from Manchistoh to that London!

20 odd hours, it'll be worth it though... Wonder if there's a prize for furthest travelled like at bike rallies? According to the City iphone app doo dad I'm entering the contest as being 4000 and odd miles from CoMS and that's probably as the crow flies as opposed to going via every bloody airport in the US. I'll have done more miles than Alan Whicker when I finally arrive.

Think I can probably still beat you on miles per season, as opposed to per trip! This season hasn't been quite as regular but I should still have totted up about 30,000 miles for the season!  :P

They wouldn't let him on the bus anyway :P

Hope I can get to see you somewhere, but I'll have to be doing smash and grab for this one, as I'm on night shift after the game (luckily its only 5 miles away from work, so even e-t and pens will only make me a little late for work).

To me it seems aeons ago!  But I do remember the feeling - total giddiness, couldn't think straight, night sweats - ha ha!  Loved every second, but there was always that foreboding feeling that it was all going to go horribly wrong....

I'm certainly something.  Not so much giddy as bloody terrified.  I cannot bear the the thought of coming so close and falling at the last fence.  A pox on Pulis and his cloggers!

I'll be on tranquilizers by Friday!  :o

Excellent news! Make sure he enjoys himself especially if he's watching Pulis and co. parading the Cup. NO - I MUST NOT THINK THAT WAY EVEN THOUGH 60 YEARS OF WATCHING CITY MAKE IT INEVITABLE!!!

Have a great time Steh.
